Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases from Onvo LLC. We provide prepaid data-only travel eSIM packages, not voice calls or SMS. Package data, validity, network and price are shown before checkout.

You must confirm your exact device supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked before ordering. Coverage and activation depend on the selected package. Do not purchase if compatibility is uncertain.

Orders require payment authorisation and successful fulfilment before capture. Failed fulfilment does not constitute a completed sale. Cancellation and refunds follow our refund policy; statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
